About Us
Our whole family is engaged with sport. Erni works in the wintertime as skiing instructor at the ski school Thommi and in the summertime as mountain & mountainbike guide. Helmut is an officer: in his spare time he has a great passion for biking tours and skiing trips.
The House
A Little History
We have been unable to find out an accurate date for when our house was built, but for sure the walls are over 100 years old. The external walls of the ground floor are made of pebbles from the nearby river Doberbach. In the local dialect of the Gailtal valley every old house has a traditional name (Vulgarnamen) which differs from the today's owner's name. Maybe the first owner was a tailor called Paul since our traditional house name is "Schneiderpauli". The renovation to the holiday apartment dates back to 2008.
